WebBacs
WebBacs was originally devised as a cheaper more efficient
alternative to the paper based services and has since gone from strength to
strength since it’s introduction in 2000.
All destination Account details can be held in
the software and figures can be entered manually. Transactions can also
be imported from accounts/payroll systems.
WebBacs operates on a minimum of a two PIN system. One for system entry and the
second to release the final file for processing. The system can have further
security added. WebBacs works on the Standard
BACS three day processing cycle.

*Files can be sent up to 30 days in advance of clearing Date. All submissions are confirmed immediately by Acceptance report for instant peace of mind. Submissions can be made on all English Banking days between 8.30am and 7pm.
