 Facilities Management Service Operation

The FMS user makes a submission of direct debit transactions, which collect the funds into DebBacsFM central bank account. When the funds arrive in the Account the amount to be paid to the FMS user is calculated. The Sum is the amount paid by BACS to the FMS user. The Calculation is completed every Tuesday for funds cleared into the DebBacsFM account by the previous Friday.

All documentation regarding their DebBacs FM Account, BACS input reports, returned direct debit reports are copied to the FMS user. Limits on the maximum value of any direct debit transaction and on the total value of a submission file will be agreed between Cashbacs International and the FMS user. Cashbacs International will reject submissions exceeding the agreed limits at time of transmission. The limits can be adjusted to reflect changing circumstances with the agreement of both parties.

*Cashbacs does NOT use allocated time slots for submissions

*Cashbacs International reserves the right to change the percentage retained in the DebBacs FM Account.

*10% of the total will be retained by Cashbacs until the next submission this will then be added to the amount and the 10% is then recalculated (this is kept to cover late returns on DD’s and indemnity claims).

*We are looking at a the possibility of a retainer in place of the 10% for this service, which would be negotiated between both parties.

*This means that the organisation is liable for all cost incurred should a breach of the Direct Debit Scheme rules occur. Cashbacs provides the Facilities Management Service (FMS), with the above in mind, as any indemnity claim for misuse of the OIN would be against Cashbacs International Limited.

*Should you wish to cancel the contract there is a 3 month minimum notice period required, the 10% will be held in a central bank account until 12 months after your last submission to cover any late returns and indemnity claims, should this amount not be sufficient you must transfer funds immediately into the account as requested by Cashbacs International Ltd
