DebBacs

Cashbacs International provides the user with the software so the user has the ability to create direct debit transactions either by simple keyboard entry or by the importing of data from your accounts/membership software system in Comma Separated Value (CSV) file format.

Fixed value transactions can also be generated automatically.

Direct Debiting

The service is intended to provide easy access to Direct Debiting for small and medium sized organisations. A few examples of current users:
 

• Small optician providing monthly repayment credit facilities to clients

• Sports and health clubs collecting membership bills

• Charities collecting regular donations
   

To be able to direct debit your customers or members you will need to apply to your bank for a direct debit Originating Identification Number (OIN).

*DebBacs can also cater for AUDDIS originators for the transmission of Direct Debit Mandates to BACS

*Many new, small businesses or charitable status companies, clubs or organisations find it increasingly difficult to get originating status as the banks are reluctant to provide an OIN to these sectors. Cashbacs can provide a Facilities Management service, which enables those companies, clubs etc. who cannot obtain an OIN from their bank.
